Wendy Souren

Wendy Souren has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as a wijkverpleegkundige and team leader at Envida since May 2005, where responsibilities include coaching self-organizing teams, indicating care for clients, and promoting quality among geriatric clients. Concurrently, Wendy has been a team leader at GroenekruisDomicura since May 2005, overseeing two wijkteams and coaching wijkverpleegkundigen and ergocoaches, while also providing nursing care as a verpleegkundige. Wendy holds a bachelor's degree in nursing with a specialization in geriatrics and gerontology from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences (2015-2017), completed niveau 4 nursing training in geriatrics at Leeuwenborgh (2009-2011), and obtained management training from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences (2000-2001).
