Khaled Abouzeid

Khaled Abouzeid is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in the public and private sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Program Manager at the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD) since October 2007, Khaled established the Project Management Office and integrated Agile methodologies, leading to improved project delivery and organizational excellence, which contributed to the agency receiving the Abu Dhabi Excellence in Government Award. As an Expert in Organizational Resilience and Business Continuity, Khaled developed a comprehensive Business Continuity Management System that achieved compliance with NCEMA 7000 and ISO 22301 standards, earning a prestigious award for exemplary business continuity implementation in 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Project Manager at Union National Bank, Product Manager at Citi, and Senior Project Leader at Saudisoft, among others. Khaled's educational background includes a BS in Computer Science from The American University in Cairo and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University. Credentials include PMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-ACP, and MBCI certifications.
