Caitie Chilson

Caitie Chilson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and customer management. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at Environmental Works, Inc. since September 2018, Caitie oversees drug and alcohol testing policies, manages Driver Qualification files in compliance with DOT regulations, conducts employee orientations, prepares confidential termination paperwork, and contributes to strategic HR goals.
