Petra Filipi

Petra Filipi is an experienced professional in customer experience and service management, currently serving as the Envista Prague Center Site Leader and Customer Experience Director at Envista Holdings Corporation. Previous roles include Director of Customer Experience and Head of Customer Care at Envista/Nobel Biocare, as well as various supervisory positions at LifeScan and Johnson & Johnson. Early career experience includes serving as an Assistant to the Chief of the Diplomatic Mission at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Prague. Petra holds a Master of Arts in African Studies and Anthropology from the University of Birmingham and completed Erasmus studies in Global Politics and Euro-Mediterranean Relations at Università di Catania.
