Phillip Manacop

Phillip Manacop is a seasoned field service manager currently serving as the US Field Service Manager for Warranty at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. since September 2023. In this role, Phillip provides leadership for the field service health and safety program, manages the daily operations of the warranty team, and oversees resource planning and development. Prior to joining Eos, Phillip spent nearly a decade at Gatan Inc., where roles included Field Service Manager for the U.S. Western & South America Region and Field Service Engineer, specializing in support for electron microscopy instruments. Phillip's career began in the United States Marine Corps as an F/A-18 Aircraft Electrical Systems Technician and Shop Supervisor, where responsibilities included quality assurance and maintenance inspections for aircraft safety. Phillip holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Shasta College.
