Bill Gerard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and coaching within the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Certified EOS Implementer at EOS Worldwide since March 2021, Bill utilizes a set of tools and principles to help businesses identify root causes and align employees toward common goals. Prior to this role, Bill held the position of Director, Senior Consultant at Merrill Lynch from June 2012 to March 2021, where coaching and consulting for wealth management teams focused on optimizing business models for growth. Bill's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Business Development & Coaching at BNY Mellon | Pershing, facilitating workshops for financial advisors and teams. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
