Kiat Lim

Kiat Lim is a seasoned professional in experience design and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Experience Consultant and Experience Design Manager at EPAM Systems since March 2020. With extensive experience in UX, product strategy, and digital transformation across various sectors, Kiat previously held roles as an Experience Consultant at EPAM Continuum and led KIAT.SG as Principal Consultant and Design Coach from June 2004 to June 2022. Kiat co-founded Pixel Onion Pte. Ltd. in 2011, where the focus was on enhancing user experiences across digital platforms. Additional experience includes serving as a Web & Interaction Design Educator at Orita Sinclair School of Art & New Media and founding a creative agency, ARIGIN Pte Ltd, in 2008. Kiat holds a Diploma in Digital Media Design from Nanyang Polytechnic, specializing in Interactive Media and Interaction Design.
