Shawn Lawrence is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at Epicurean Group since September 2022. With a strong background in kitchen management, Shawn has held various leadership positions including Executive Chef at DoubleTree by Hilton, Menu Development Executive Chef at Killiney Kopitiam, and Executive Chef at Tastes on the Fly. Previous roles include Chef De Cuisine at Bon Appétit Management Company and Executive Sous Chef at Hilton Union Square, among others.
