Layne Hood

Layne Hood has extensive experience in telecommunications and collaboration technologies, currently serving as the MSC Lead Technical Architect - Collaboration at ePlus inc. since August 2019, with prior roles as MSC UC Engineer III and Consultant. Layne has been with ABS Technology as a Collaboration Engineer since April 2015 and previously worked at Infotel Systems Inc. from July 1998 to April 2015 as a Voice Engineer / Project Manager. Expertise includes VOIP/TDM telecommunications, LAN/WAN network implementation and support, as well as solution engineering and sales. Educational background includes studies at Virginia Commonwealth University, ECPI University, and J Sargeant Reynolds Community College.
