Your financial expertise will directly influence business growth and success. As a Financial Controller, you’ll lead a talented finance team and collaborate 

closely with senior leadership to shape our financial strategy, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance across all operations.

What You’ll Do:

As our Financial Controller, you’ll:

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.

• Oversee the preparation of detailed management accounts and insightful financial reports.

• Manage audits, R&D claims, and global tax compliance with precision and efficiency.

• Optimise cash flow forecasting, treasury functions, and spending controls.

• Drive innovation in finance systems, leveraging automation and AI for greater efficiency.

• Collaborate on strategic initiatives like budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

Your Success Will Be Measured By:

• Delivering timely, accurate monthly management accounts.

• Achieving audit finalisations within three months and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.

• Maintaining cash flow forecasts with less than 2.5% variance.

• Implementing advanced finance tools and processes like NetSuite and Power BI.
