Role Purpose:

As a Corporate Account Manager, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of key accounts valued between £2.5m and £10m+. Acting as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level businesses, you’ll build and nurture strong relationships, deliver exceptional service, and ensure ongoing customer engagement.

This is a fast-paced role requiring a proactive, strategic approach to account management. You’ll work closely with customers across the UK and potentially other territories, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges while aligning with Epos Now’s innovative solutions to support their growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their business needs and growth objectives are met.

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and maintain detailed account plans, aligning with customer goals and providing tailored solutions.

  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Conduct regular reviews to present performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and address any challenges.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Product, Finance, and Service) to enhance the customer experience and meet evolving needs.

  • Churn Risk Management: Proactively identify risks to customer retention and implement strategies to mitigate them.

  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Drive account growth through the promotion of integrated payments, capital, and embedded finance products.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Track key account metrics and provide insightful reports to leadership.

Skills and Behaviours we are looking for: 

Technical Skills

  1. Account Management Expertise: Proven track record in managing large accounts (£2.5m+), including multi-site and enterprise-level businesses.
  2. Salesforce Proficiency: Strong ability to manage cases, track activities, and update account information in Salesforce.
  3. Data Analysis: Experience using data to inform decisions, track KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
  4. Payments and Embedded Finance Knowledge: Understanding of integrated payment systems, capital solutions, and other embedded finance products.
  5. QBR Management: Ability to conduct data-driven and insightful quarterly business reviews.
  6. Pipeline Management: Skilled in identifying, managing, and leveraging growth opportunities.
  7. Service and Product Alignment: Ability to work collaboratively with product and service teams to align customer needs with business capabilities.
  8. Industry Insight: Knowledge of trends and challenges in POS and fintech industries.
