Role Purpose:
As a Corporate Account Manager, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of key accounts valued between £2.5m and £10m+. Acting as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level businesses, you’ll build and nurture strong relationships, deliver exceptional service, and ensure ongoing customer engagement.
This is a fast-paced role requiring a proactive, strategic approach to account management. You’ll work closely with customers across the UK and potentially other territories, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges while aligning with Epos Now’s innovative solutions to support their growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their business needs and growth objectives are met.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and maintain detailed account plans, aligning with customer goals and providing tailored solutions.
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Conduct regular reviews to present performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and address any challenges.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Product, Finance, and Service) to enhance the customer experience and meet evolving needs.
Churn Risk Management: Proactively identify risks to customer retention and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Drive account growth through the promotion of integrated payments, capital, and embedded finance products.
Reporting and Analysis: Track key account metrics and provide insightful reports to leadership.
