Julian Buck has been with Epos Now since March 2013, currently serving as Head of Service US since January 2015, where responsibilities include ensuring customer success and satisfaction, as well as managing the Implementation, Technical Support, and Logistics teams. Prior experience at Epos Now includes roles as Lead Support Technician, where Julian Buck handled case escalations, and as a 2nd Line Support Technician, focusing on advanced troubleshooting. Julian Buck also worked as an Onsite Installation Technician, performing installations and training on Epos Now hardware and software. Education was obtained at City College Norwich from 2005 to 2007.
