Paul Metz

Paul Metz is an accomplished IT manager with extensive experience in the Communications and Information Technology sector. Currently serving as the IT Manager at Echelon Payments since September 2024, Paul previously held significant roles at Brookhaven National Laboratory from March 2021 to September 2024, including Advanced Technology Engineer and Lead Technical Specialist, focusing on Data Center Operations. Prior to that, Paul served as the Director of Information Technology at EDP Dental Plan from December 2019 to April 2021. Paul possesses strong technical support management skills, overseeing a three-tier Technical Support/Help Desk that encompasses server management, desktop/laptop support, software deployment, video analytics, surveillance systems, and networking. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Dowling College, earned between 1995 and 1999.
