Tracy Darougar

Tracy Darougar is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in project management and development. Currently serving as the Lead Consultant and Albany Office Practice Leader at Epsilon Associates, Inc. since April 2024, Tracy focuses on the evolving landscape of energy generation and transmission in the U.S. Prior to this role, Tracy worked as the Manager of Development at Key Capture Energy, specializing in large-scale energy storage projects. Tracy also held senior positions at NYSERDA, overseeing the Build-Ready Program for renewable energy projects and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Earlier experience includes roles at the State University Construction Fund, managing capital construction projects, and at Private Engineering and Consulting, where strategic guidance was provided for various energy-related initiatives. Tracy holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
