Shea Heath is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly in operations and customer solutions. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Customer Officer at Epsilon, Shea has previously held significant positions such as COO and General Manager of the Solutions and Analytics Business Unit at Acxiom, as well as Chief Operations Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Marketing Services Delivery at Acxiom and Vice President of Services and Operations at Silver Spring Networks. Shea's educational background includes an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Master of Engineering in Material Science from Case Western Reserve University.
