Daniela Lipan

Daniela Lipan has extensive experience in project management and financial control, currently serving as Project Director at EPTISA Romania since January 2009. Daniela's key projects include overseeing technical assistance for works supervision in multiple regional water and wastewater development projects across Cluj, Iasi, and Ilfov Counties from June 2022, February 2021, and September 2021, respectively. Daniela has also led various projects related to the development of public water supply and sewerage networks, as well as the rehabilitation of wastewater treatment facilities. Prior roles include Project Coordinator for environmental sector projects, Budget Controller at Leo Burnett Romania S.A., and Economist at the Municipal Agency of Employment, all of which highlighted strong financial management skills. Daniela holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Academy of Economic Sciences, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
