Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business ownership and nutrition. Currently serving as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store for organic body care and environmental products. Additionally, Mariana has been an Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro and serving as a Nutrióloga at a private clinic. Mariana also contributed to academia as a Catedrático universitario, teaching subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
