Laurabeth Harvey

Laurabeth Harvey is an accomplished leader in sales and business development, currently serving as the Head of Early Stage Platform at EQT Group since November 2024. Prior to this role, Laurabeth was the President at Lattice, where responsibilities included leading sales, success, GTM operations, and marketing teams from November 2022 to August 2024. Previously, Laurabeth was the Chief Revenue and Success Officer at Front, holding similar leadership roles across sales, success, and marketing teams from September 2020 to November 2022. With significant experience at Intercom as SVP of Sales, Success, and Support, and at LinkedIn in various leadership positions, including Director of New Business Acquisition, Laurabeth has consistently driven growth and transformed organizations. Laurabeth began a career in sales at Corporate Executive Board, where foundational skills were developed. Laurabeth earned a BS in English and Political Science from Colgate University in 2007.
