Gregory Smith

Gregory Smith, CPL, has extensive experience in land acquisition and management within the energy sector. Currently serving as Land Acquisition Manager at EQT Corporation since September 2019, Gregory leads negotiations and oversees the acquisition of necessary land rights for company operations in West Virginia. Prior experience includes an internship at Devon Energy, where responsibilities involved managing records for newly acquired assets and reviewing contracts, as well as a role as a Minerals Intern at Transamerica Minerals Company, focusing on legislative research and report creation. Gregory holds a double major in Energy Management and International Business from the University of Oklahoma, earned between 2003 and 2008.
