Louise Elliott

Louise Elliott is a seasoned Principal Consultant at Equal Experts, specializing in digital services and customer-centric solutions since August 2021. Previously, as Deputy Director of Digital Delivery at HM Courts & Tribunals Service, Louise established a new software delivery capability and enhanced legacy applications. From 2018 to 2020, Louise led a 120-member team at Sky, overseeing digital products for multiple brands across Europe. Earlier roles included Agile Consultant at Chestnut Hill Consulting, Head of Software Delivery at Leeds Building Society, and IT Development Manager at The Health and Social Care Information Centre. With a solid educational foundation, including an MBA from the University of Leeds and a BSc/MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bath, Louise is dedicated to fostering agile methodologies and high-performance teams.
