Joy Saini

Joy Saini is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Group Head of IT at eQuality Solutions since October 2021. Prior to this role, Joy held several leadership positions including Head of ICT at Tyne Housing and Head of IT at Emmanuel Schools Foundation. With a strong background in systems development and management, Joy has also contributed as Systems Development Manager and IT Manager at New College Durham. Previous contract roles include IT Analyst at the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and Network Engineer at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). Joy's career began as a Freelance Software Engineer, where skills as a Systems Architect were developed. Joy holds multiple degrees including an MSc in Network Systems from the University of Sunderland, an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, an MCA from Punjab Technical University, and a BCA from Panjab University.
