Nick Dokter

Nick Dokter is a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at EQUANS since July 2024, previously serving as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Berenschot from September 2019 to July 2024. Nick's career began as a Student Assistant and Mentor at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen from August 2014 to January 2019, alongside a role as a Junior HR Analyst intern at VIPD Nederland in early 2017. Additionally, Nick held leadership positions at EBF Groningen and worked at Jumbo Supermarkten as a stock clerk. Academically, Nick Dokter earned a Master’s degree in Marketing Management and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Groningen, where a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration was also obtained. Early education was completed at Ichthus College Kampen with a VWO diploma in the Economics and Society track.
