Lesya Anderson

Lesya Anderson is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in implementation and consultancy roles. Currently serving as a Senior Intacct Implementation Consultant at Equation Technologies, Inc. since March 2022, Lesya specializes in managing onboarding and implementation processes for cloud-based solutions. Prior to this role, Lesya held positions at Moss Adams as an Outsourced Finance and Accounting Senior Consultant, and as a Sr Financial Analyst at MultiCare Health System, where Lesya led a successful software implementation project. Lesya’s earlier experience includes responsibilities at Weyerhaeuser and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, focusing on financial reporting, audit support, and process improvement. Lesya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Washington and an Associate's degree from Green River College.
