Gerardo Alpízar-Gardela

Gerardo Alpízar-Gardela is an experienced operations and program manager with a strong background in overseeing business processes and improving organizational performance. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Equifax Costa Rica since September 2012, Gerardo is responsible for designing and controlling service production processes while ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Program Manager at Equifax, SWD Manager at Hewlett-Packard, and Service Delivery Manager at Intertec Consulting, among others.
