Jenna Acquaviva

Jenna Acquaviva is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in client relations and customer support across various organizations. Currently at Equifax since August 2022, Jenna plays a pivotal role following the acquisition of Midigator by Equifax Digital Solutions. Jenna's prior experience includes significant roles at Midigator, where responsibilities ranged from product management to client success management, and at Pinpoint Payments as Director of Client Relations, focusing on customer retention and account management. Jenna also held a customer service manager position at Pinpoint Intelligence, where effective communication and customer satisfaction improvements were prioritized. Jenna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Florida Atlantic University and furthered education at Queens College.
