Jeremy Brooks

Jeremy Brooks is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and digital services. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Services Success & Support at Equinix since October 2020, Jeremy previously held the role of Senior Director Customer Success at Packet, an Equinix Company. In addition, Jeremy is a member of Gain Grow Retain, a community focused on customer success leadership. Prior to Equinix, Jeremy served in various leadership positions at Platform9 Systems and GE, overseeing customer success and cloud service strategies. Jeremy's early career included roles in security design and information management at GE Healthcare and GE, complemented by an academic background in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.
