Jeremy Brooks is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and digital services. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Services Success & Support at Equinix since October 2020, Jeremy previously held the role of Senior Director Customer Success at Packet, an Equinix Company. In addition, Jeremy is a member of Gain Grow Retain, a community focused on customer success leadership. Prior to Equinix, Jeremy served in various leadership positions at Platform9 Systems and GE, overseeing customer success and cloud service strategies.
