Marques Johansson

Marques Johansson is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software development and community engagement across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Equinix, Marques defines the Developer Relations Engineering team's efforts and ensures quality experiences for end-users and developers. Previous roles include Senior Principal Software Engineer at Equinix Metal, where Marques leveraged skills from Linode and Upbound to enhance user and developer communities. Marques has also held senior engineering positions at Upbound, Linode, Guaranteed Rate, Tri-State Technology Professionals, and Princeton Plasma Physics Lab, showcasing a diverse technical proficiency in cloud-native technologies, application orchestration, and software management.
