Felipe Bom

Felipe Bom, PMP®, is an accomplished maintenance manager at Equinox Gold Corp since July 2023, with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Previously, Felipe held multiple roles at Largo Inc. from September 2015 to July 2023, including engineering project coordinator, where responsibilities included leading multidisciplinary teams and managing projects from conceptualization to start-up, as well as serving as a mechanical engineer and construction supervisor. Felipe's earlier experience includes working as a full mechanical engineer at Anglo American and as a trainee engineer at Pirelli Tyres. Educational qualifications include an Executive Leadership Programme from the University of Oxford, an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a master’s degree in fluid mechanics from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, and a bachelor's degree from FEI.
