Leah Douty

Leah Douty is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Equinox since May 2021, where responsibilities include training, scheduling, and supervising various operational teams. As a Co-Founder of Two Toned Training since March 2020, Leah contributes to both virtual and in-person fitness offerings while also teaching classes and managing merchandise sales. Previous roles include Marketing Intern at the American Athletic Conference and Sports Marketing Intern at the College of the Holy Cross, along with operational management positions at JCC Greater Boston, where Leah ensured smooth operations and customer service. Leah also has experience in health and wellness program coordination at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Education includes a degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, completed in 2018.
