Katelyn Hile

Katelyn Hile is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, auditing, and customer solutions across multiple industries. Since October 2017, Katelyn has served as Lead Manager at Equitable, focusing on audit liaison and cyber regulation readiness, while also holding the role of Senior Manager where strategic development, client needs analysis, and data-driven decision-making were key responsibilities. Katelyn additionally contributes to Hile Heating & Cooling LLC as an Office Administrative Assistant, Hile Motorsports as Team Lead Manager, and as a Wellness Coach with Beach Body. Previous positions include Manager at AXA US specializing in fraud detection, and a driving role with Katelyn Kane Racing. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Le Moyne College.
