Christal Glover

Christal Glover is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic vision. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at eResources since January 2023, Christal drives the strategic direction of the Digital Division to align with agency goals. Previously, as Chief Operations Officer at VIA Studio from February 2012 to March 2024, Christal advanced from an Office Manager role to a key leadership position, focusing on team building and process improvements. Additional experience includes serving as a Library Assistant at Jefferson Community and Technical College and as Operations Manager at Lebowski Fest, where operational details and event planning were effectively managed. Christal holds a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Kentucky and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Art History and Cultural Studies from the University of Louisville.
