Marija Storic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic project management and learning and development within the human resources domain. Currently serving as Strategic Project Manager at ERGOMED since January 2022, Marija focuses on transforming operational needs into tailored learning opportunities, leading leadership development initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement through peer-to-peer knowledge sharing programs. Previously, Marija spent nearly a decade at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included leading a large Quality & Compliance team to deliver training solutions to approximately 16,000 learners, overseeing compliance and risk-based training in clinical trial frameworks, and managing the implementation and validation of learning management systems. Expertise also encompasses instructional design and audit support for clinical study-specific training.
