Enrique Martinez

Enrique Martinez currently serves as a Case Manager at Erickson Immigration Group since September 2024. Previously, Enrique held the position of Immigration Paralegal at Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty, LLP, where responsibilities included strategizing the H1B CAP lottery process and preparing various non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Business Immigration Analyst at Fragomen, overseeing numerous PERM applications under the EB2 and EB3 categories, as well as serving as a Business Immigration Analyst in the same firm. Additional experience includes an internship at Peace Development Fund and a position as Legal Research Assistant at Universidad Francisco Gavidia. Enrique holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Manhattan University, along with an Associate of Arts in Pre-Law Studies from Barton Community College.
