Hillary Hyduke

Hillary Hyduke is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in immigration and human rights law. Since January 2020, Hillary has served in various roles at Erickson Immigration Group, including Associate Attorney, Staff Attorney, and Law Clerk. Prior legal experience includes a position as Student Attorney at the American University Washington College of Law International Human Rights Law Clinic and a legal intern at the National Women's Law Center and RAINN, where Hillary contributed to legal research and policy analysis on sexual violence issues. Additional roles include legal internships focusing on contract drafting and client interaction at Mark Thomas Sophocles LLC, ESL tutoring at the Delaware County Literacy Council, claims processing at Becket & Lee LLP, and research assistance at Mount Holyoke College.
