Elif Oguz Neumann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational behavior. Currently serving as the Head of Succession, Performance and Career Management for Europe and Latin America at Ericsson, Elif has also held the role of Solution Lead for Talent Management (EMEA) at SHL and worked as a Business Consultant at Pointr. Previous positions include serving as EMEA Senior Solution Architect and Senior Client Director at Korn Ferry, as well as UK/Ireland Talent & Training Manager. Elif's career began as a Researcher/Recruiter at TRANSEARCH International in Turkey. Elif holds a Master's Degree with merit in Organisational Behaviour / Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Sociology from Boğaziçi University.
