Rasika Mallawa

Rasika Mallawa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and program management. Currently serving as Program Director and Head of PMO at Ericsson since March 2011, Rasika has previously held significant roles including Project Manager and Design Lead at Kordia from May 2008 to February 2011, Solutions Manager at Photonics Communications from October 2007 to April 2008, and Head of Network Planning & Projects/Deputy CTO at Millicom International Cellular (Tigo) from April 1995 to September 2007. Rasika earned an MBA in Project Management from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) between 1998 and 2001 and holds a BSc Eng (Hons) in Electronics & Telecommunications from the University of Moratuwa, completed in 1994. Additionally, foundational education was received at Royal College Colombo from 1980 to 1987.
