Helena Eccles

Helena Eccles is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at ERM since July 2024. Prior to this role, Helena held positions at Optum as a Strategic Advisor, where collaboration with the Executive Team focused on long-term strategic projects, and at Post Office Ltd as Senior Transformation Manager, leading digital transformation initiatives. Previously, Helena spent over five years at McKinsey & Company, advancing from Business Analyst to Engagement Manager, and including a role as Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner of the UK & Ireland. Helena also founded Think Future, a study analyzing the career perceptions of university students, and initiated the "Dare to be Different" program aimed at educating young people about workplace diversity. Helena holds a degree in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.
