Juliano Hauer is an MBA Candidate at Esade, with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and leadership within the delivery and storage sectors. As the Founder and Chairman of Join Self Storage, Juliano has developed tailored storage solutions, revitalizing commercial properties to enhance occupancy and rental rates. Previously, Juliano served as the MBA Summer Associate at Bain & Company, leading a cost transformation project for a major Brazilian oil refinery. As Executive Director at James Delivery, Juliano spearheaded the expansion of last-mile delivery services across Brazil and executed a significant digital transformation initiative. Juliano co-founded James Delivery, which became Brazil's first on-demand delivery super app, achieving over 7 million downloads before a successful merger with GPA. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Esade and a Management Business Track from the University of California, Berkeley.
