Christian Garcia

Christian Garcia is a dedicated public servant and educator currently serving as a City Councilman for the City of Escondido since February 2023, focusing on municipal governance, budget creation, public safety policies, and economic data analysis. Christian has a diverse background in education, teaching mathematics and social studies at Futures Academy, and has previously taught a range of subjects at C2 Education. Additionally, Christian operates as a sole proprietor in supply chain and data contracting, with experience in data analytics and route optimization for various companies. Previous roles include serving as an elected trustee at Palomar College, an international trade assistant, a research associate, and logistics operations support, complemented by volunteer work with the United States Peace Corps. Christian holds a Master of Public Policy in International Relations from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from UC Irvine.
