Avinash Chaurasia

Avinash Chaurasia is an experienced professional in paint shop operations, currently serving as the Head of the Paint Shop at Escorts Kubota Limited since December 2019. With a robust background in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, Avinash previously held the role of Operations Manager at GE Transportation and Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, focusing on paint shop management and troubleshooting. Notable achievements include expertise in paint application processes, shade matching, and new product development for painted components. Avinash has also contributed to greenfield projects at Tata Motors, overseeing quality testing and the establishment of paint labs.
