Ken Russo

Ken Russo is an experienced professional with a robust background in facilities management and operations. Currently, as Workplace Director at ESFM® USA since May 2015, Ken Russo oversees the daily operations of SAP’s Sales & Marketing office at Hudson Yards, providing leadership to the facilities team. Previously, Ken Russo held various roles at ISS Facility Services, including Team Lead and Facilities Coordinator, where responsibilities ranged from managing support services and liaising with clients to supervising reception operations. Ken Russo's earlier experience includes owning and operating First Avenue Property Management LLC and serving as Help Desk Manager at Standard & Poor's, focusing on team management and client support. Ken Russo's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Montclair State University and Essex County College, respectively, along with a certification in Computer Repair/Network Installation.
