Daniel Weisberger

Daniel Weisberger, CPA, serves as the Controller at ESJ Capital Partners since September 2024. Prior to this role, Daniel held various positions at RealtyMogul from February 2022 to July 2024, including Director, AVP of Acquisitions, and Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Associate. Previous experience includes a position as a Development Analyst at Waypoint Residential and as a Real Estate Valuation & Transaction Advisory Senior Associate at PwC, where expertise in commercial real estate valuation, financial due diligence, and transaction advisory was developed. Additional roles included Assurance Senior Associate and Assurance Associate at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, as well as a Fund Accounting Intern position. Daniel Weisberger holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University.
