Rachel Sweeney

Rachel Sweeney is a seasoned professional in product management and customer success with extensive experience in the technology and public sector. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Esper since March 2024, Rachel previously held similar roles at Granicus, where responsibilities included managing website products and leading Customer Success teams dedicated to government partnerships. Experience also includes positions at OpenCities, where Rachel established a Customer Advocacy program, and various marketing and communication roles across organizations such as the City of Lakewood and Major League Soccer.
