Head Of Olive Oil Business Unit (production, Marketing & Sales) at Esporão

Ana Carrilho is an experienced professional in the olive oil industry, currently serving as the Head of the Olive Oil business unit at Esporao S.A. since January 2022. In addition to this role, Ana holds directorship positions at CEPAAL and Casa do Azeite, both established in 2017 and 2013 respectively. Ana has also contributed as an Olive Oil Taster at Instituto Superior de Agronomia since May 2004 and has a background in research and management at Esporao S.A. from 2013 to 2020, as well as technical expertise gained as Mill Technical Director at OLIVAIS DO SUL, LDA from 2008 to 2013. Ana's education includes a General Management Course from Nova School of Business and Economics, an Engineering degree in Agro-Industrias from Instituto Superior de Agronomia, and studies at Universidad de Córdoba from 2005 to 2007.
