Renya Spak is an advisor at Espresa, a position they have held since 2019.
Previously, Spak served as the Chief for Included Health from 2018-2019, and before that as a partner at Mercer from 2010-2019. There, they led the creation and launch of the Center for Health Innovation and served as Total Health Management Specialty Practice Leader for the Central Region.
Spak began their career in 2003 as a Project Manager for the State of NJ Childhood Immunization Registry at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Renya then worked as a Summer Associate in Health Management at Medco in 2002 and as a Consultant for Willis Towers Watson in 2005. In 2007, they won the Chairman's Award at Willis Towers Watson.
Spak holds a degree from the University of Michigan.
Renya Spak has a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a BS in Public Health & Political Science from Rutgers University.
