Rachel Ventress

Rachel Ventress serves as the Managing Partner at Esquire Law since January 2024. Previously, Rachel held the position of Attorney at Steinger, Greene & Feiner from May 2017 to January 2024, and at Donaldson & Weston, P.A. from November 2015 to May 2017. Earlier experience includes a role as Attorney at Gordon & Doner, P.A. from August 2014 to September 2015, an internship at the Second Judicial Circuit Court in early 2014, and a Law Clerk position at the Florida Department of Financial Services. Additionally, Rachel worked as a Student Attorney at the Public Interest Law Center during law school. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Rachel gained experience in construction management and sales at various companies. Rachel earned a Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida.
