Yasi Yoganathan

Yasi Yoganathan is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Governance at ESR since March 2023. Prior to this role, Yasi held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Lendlease from January 2021 to March 2023, and served as Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at GPT Group from December 2003 to January 2021. Yasi's legal career began at DLA Piper and Coudert Brothers as a Lawyer from January 2000 to December 2003. Yasi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Bond University, a Master of Laws (LLM) from UNSW, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, and is an Accredited Specialist in Property Law from the Law Society of New South Wales.
