José Luis González Berrio

José Luis González Berrio is an experienced professional in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Gerente de Cuenta for the Gobierno sector at ESRI Panamá, José González Berrio advises governmental entities on the implementation and effective use of ArcGIS to enhance decision-making with geographic information. In addition to this role, José González Berrio is a Postgraduate Professor at Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, teaching courses in GIS. As an independent GIS specialist, José González Berrio provides geospatial solutions, including cartographic products and GIS analysis for various entities. Previous roles include GIS Specialist at Golder Associates and at the Programa Nacional de Administración de Tierras (PRONAT), highlighting a strong background in geospatial information management and analysis.
