Bryan Burns

Bryan Burns is an experienced physician currently practicing at Esse Health since February 2018. Previously, Bryan served as Chief Medical Officer at Effectus Healthcare Solutions LLC from July 2014 to February 2018, focusing on data analytics and quality improvement strategies for accountable care organizations. Bryan also held a physician position at St. Anthony's Medical Center from July 2008 to January 2017, during which time Bryan was a member of the St. Anthony's Physician Organization Board of Directors and chaired both the Population Health and Finance Committees. Earlier in their career, Bryan completed an internal medicine residency at Mercy from July 2005 to June 2008. Bryan holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Quality and Safety Management from Jefferson Health, a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
