Christine Arsenault

Christine Arsenault has extensive experience in law enforcement and staff development, currently serving as Assistant Superintendent and Director of Training & Staff Development at Essex County Sheriff's Department since February 2016. Prior roles at the same department include Assistant Superintendent of Women in Transition and Assistant Director of Internal Affairs & Recruitment. Christine began a career in the department in September 2000 and has held various positions including Assistant Director of Recruitment & Retention Training & Development, Sergeant, and Correctional Officer. Educated at Plymouth State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice, Christine demonstrates a strong background in both social work and criminal justice.
